Organized by Extra Muros in collaboration with Danslab, Kaleidoscope, and Sapientia Ludenda, this one-of-a-kind event delves into the fascinating world of bulls in mythology, folklore, philosophy, and the arts. Whether you are fascinated by mythology, intrigued by ethical debates, or drawn to artistic expression, this festival has something for everyone!
What’s in Store?
Prepare for an immersive experience featuring interactive stalls, performances, and thought-provoking discussions that explore the powerful symbolism of bulls across cultures. The festival will take place in multiple locations, starting from the Dante Building and culminating in a spectacular performance at the Black Box Theater.

Performance by Kaleidoscope & Danslab Zuid in the Blackbox (18:45 – 19:15) – Experience electrifying dance and theater performances that use storytelling to bring the power and mystique of the bull to life on stage!
Closing Remarks by David Janssens & Gezy Schuurmans (19:15 – 19:45) – Dive deeper into the festival’s themes and engage in final discussion with our brilliant panellists as Rematar comes to an end.
