Our last General Assembly takes place on May 24th. The walk-in starts at 17:30 and we will commence at 18:00. The location will soon be communicated.

During this General Assembly, the main point of discussion will be the election of the new Board of Extra Muros for 2024/2025. The candidates have not yet been announced, however, this will happen within the course of the following week, before the GA, on our channels.

We will also present and discuss the minutes of the 11/10/2023; 16/02/2024; 18/04/2024 & 26/04/2024 GAs. We apologise that these are not yet attached to this email. We will provide them one week before the GA, at the latest.

As usual, it is possible to propose topics for discussion during the Open Floor segment of the General Assembly.

Note that this GA will be recorded for minute-taking purposes. The voting procedure for consenting to being recorded will be one of unanimous consent, meaning that if nobody objects, it will be assumed that all are consenting.
