We will begin by watching the short documentary “Artists Paint Massive Canvas in the Desert”, followed by “Putuparri and the Rainmakers”, which delves into the inspiring journey of Tom “Putuparri” Lawford as he fights to reclaim his people’s sacred watering hole of Kurtal, navigating the deep chasm between his Western upbringing and traditional culture.
